Order Online and Enjoy a Safe, Contactless Pickup Experience

Please ensure you are reviewing each vendor's page thoroughly prior to purchasing to ensure their pickup process works for you. This information is available on store profile pages as well as product pages. If you have a special request, please contact the vendor directly.

What are your customer support hours?

Our customer support team is available by email at info@shopdurhamregion.ca from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday (excluding stat holidays).

How does it work if I order from multiple stores?

When you check out with multiple items from different stores, an order will be created for each store to fulfill their item(s) within your order. You may receive multiple pickup notices from each vendor.

How do I find my pickup time?

If you received an email that your order is ready for pickup, check the vendor’s profile or website to ensure you know which days and times they will be able to assist you. You may also contact the vendor directly. Available pickup days and times will vary by vendor.

Are taxes calculated at checkout?

No, all listed product prices are tax-inclusive. Additional taxes will not be calculated at checkout.

What is the refund policy?

Each vendor has their own policy for refunds and returns. Please read their policies before making a purchase.

When will my order be ready for pickup?

If you placed an order and haven’t received communication for pickup within four days, please contact the vendor directly.

Does SDR offer shipping or delivery?

Unfortunately the SDR Online Marketplace is currently unable to provide shipping, but some vendors may offer free delivery within Durham Region. We hope to implement shipping sometime in the future.

How do I check my gift card balance?

Please contact us directly with your gift card details and we'll let you know the remaining amount.

I've signed up as a vendor. Why can't I access the settings in my account?

Thanks for signing up! If you're unable to access the settings or other aspects of your profile, your account likely hasn't been approved by our team yet. Accounts are reviewed and approved on weekdays. Note that your account will not be approved if your profile details are incomplete (ex. address, store name, etc.). Please contact us if you have any questions about your profile.
