Order Online & Pick Up Curbside

Please ensure you are reviewing each vendor's page thoroughly prior to purchasing to ensure their pickup process works for you. This information is available on store profile pages as well as product pages. If you have a special request, please contact the vendor directly.

Face coverings are required in all Durham Region businesses. Please wear your face covering when picking up your order.

How does it work if I order from multiple stores?

When you check out with multiple items from different stores, an order will be created for each store to fulfill their item(s) within your order. You may receive multiple pickup notices from each vendor.

How do I find my pickup time?

If you received an email that your order is ready for pickup, check the vendor’s profile or website to ensure you know which days and times they will be able to assist you. Available pickup days and times will vary by vendor.

What is the refund policy?

Each vendor has their own policy for refunds and returns. Please read their policies before making a purchase.

How do I log in to my existing vendor account?

When will my order be ready for pickup?

If you placed an order and haven’t received communication for pickup within four days, please contact the vendor directly.
